Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Officer
FYIRWA Trading Ltd is looking for a creative, ambitious, and results-driven professional to support our digital growth, strengthen our brand visibility, and generate qualified business opportunities within Rwanda’s engineering, construction, procurement, and industrial sectors.

FYIRWA Trading Ltd is a growing Rwandan engineering, industrial supply, procurement, and infrastructure support company serving contractors, industries, institutions, development projects, and infrastructure initiatives across Rwanda and the region.
Our mission is to provide reliable sourcing solutions, premium engineering materials, industrial equipment, procurement support, and logistics coordination while building long-term strategic partnerships within Africa’s rapidly developing infrastructure ecosystem.
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Officer will play a key role in supporting FYIRWA’s commercial growth through digital communication, professional branding, content development, online engagement, and lead generation activities.
The successful candidate should combine creativity, communication skills, professionalism, and business-oriented thinking with strong digital marketing capabilities. The role requires someone capable of producing professional visual and written content while helping identify and attract new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Manage FYIRWA’s digital platforms and online presence.
- Develop and schedule professional social media content.
- Monitor engagement and audience growth.
- Support digital advertising and outreach campaigns.
Content Creation & Branding
- Create graphics, visual campaigns, and branded content.
- Develop marketing materials and presentations.
- Assist in company storytelling and brand positioning.
- Showcase projects, products, and partnerships professionally.
Lead Generation
- Research potential clients and market opportunities.
- Build prospect databases and business contact lists.
- Support email marketing and outreach activities.
- Generate qualified business inquiries and RFQs.
Corporate Communication
- Support company communication initiatives.
- Maintain professional online brand consistency.
- Assist in preparing company updates and announcements.
- Strengthen FYIRWA’s market visibility.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, branding, or lead generation is preferred.
- Experience creating professional business content is an advantage.
- Understanding of B2B marketing environments is beneficial.
